Current Rebate Amounts
Windows:
- Site Built Homes & Manufactured Homes
- U-factor 0.30 or lower: $6 per square foot
- Multi-Family Homes, Low-Rise
- U-factor 0.23 to 0.30: $12 per square foot
- U-factor 0.22 or lower: $16 per square foot
- Multi-Family Homes, High-Rise
- U-factor 0.30 or lower: $6 per square foot
Patio Doors:
- Site Built Homes & Manufactured Homes
- U-factor 0.35 or lower: $6 per square foot
- Multi-Family Homes, Low-Rise
- U-factor 0.31 to 0.35: $12 per square foot
- U-factor 0.30 or lower: $16 per square foot
- Multi-Family Homes, High-Rise
- U-factor 0.35 or lower: $6 per square foot
Exterior Doors:
- $40 per door
Rebate(s) will not exceed 100% of the installed job cost. Rebate(s) for self-installed energy-efficient upgrades will not exceed 100% of the cost of materials.
Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after final inspection approval and receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed.
