A copy of the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) Homes ENERGY STAR qualified compliance certificate must accompany this application. Only brand new manufactured homes with a permanently installed Forced Air Electric Furnace or Heat Pump qualify for this rebate.

CLPUD is released of any liability associated with the selection, installation, or operation of the equipment which was purchased under this program, and in no way is CLPUD responsible for the safety or satisfactory performance of this equipment. CLPUD will not accept any liability caused by customer’s participation in this program. CLPUD reserves the right to inspect the manufactured home for compliance.
