Residential Heat Pump: Terms & Conditions

Central Lincoln PUD (CLPUD) rebate programs are based on availability of funds and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Central Lincoln PUD (CLPUD) disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, regarding the measure listed above for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, repair, or any energy savings associated with use.

The installation must be completed to CLPUD rebate qualifications, and the applicant certifies that they and/or the contractor have reviewed the qualifications prior to beginning work.

Air Source Heat Pumps are subject to quality assurance inspection by a BPA qualified inspector.

At this time, VRF technologies (also known as VRV) do not qualify for the residential conversion from Electric Forced-Air Furnace to Air Source Heat Pump.

The contractor understands the above and verifies that the homeowner on the application is a customer of CLPUD, that the measure(s) are installed at the address indicated, and that this address is within the CLPUD service territory.

For homeowners: When selecting a contractor, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to request proof of insurance and licensing that meets the statutes and rules of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. CLPUD strongly recommends validating qualifications before work begins.
