Residential Air Source Heat Pump: Terms & Conditions

Rebate offer(s) may be changed or discontinued at any time by Consumers Power Inc. (CPI).

CPI disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, regarding the measure listed above for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, repair, or any energy savings associated with use.

The installation must be completed to CPI rebate qualifications, and the applicant certifies that they and/or the contractor have reviewed the qualifications prior to beginning work.

Air Source Heat Pumps are subject to quality assurance inspection by a BPA qualified inspector.

At this time, VRF technologies (also known as VRV) do not qualify for the residential conversion from Electric Forced-Air Furnace to Air Source Heat Pump.

The contractor understands the above and verifies that the homeowner on the application is a member of CPI, that the measure(s) are installed at the address indicated, and that this address is within the CPI service territory.

(For homeowners: When selecting a contractor, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to request proof of insurance and licensing that meets the statutes and rules of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. CPI strongly recommends validating qualifications before work begins.)
