Your existing door that is being replaced must be uninsulated to qualify for the exterior door rebate.

EXTERIOR DOORS

The replacement exterior door must be a pre-hung, ENERGY STAR-Qualified door and replace an uninsulated exterior door. The exterior door must include the replacement of the threshold. It must also separate a heated space and an unheated space.

Copy of one ENERGY STAR® sticker for each exterior door replaced or verification that the door is ENERGY STAR® rated.
A copy the contractor's final invoice showing total costs and the invoice date.

Please note: we cannot rebate on contractor or door manufacturer quotes, proposals, or estimates. All labor or door order documents must be final invoices marking that payment has been made.

WINDOWS / PATIO DOORS

Existing Windows/Patio Doors*

Please note that proof of the existing window/patio door types must be verified to receive your rebate. This can include clear pictures of the windows/patio doors or a statement from your contractor (if applicable) describing the type(s) of windows/patio doors removed.

Unfortunately, the existing windows/patio doors must be single pane with metal frames or wood frames, or double pane with metal frames, to qualify for the rebate.

The window/patio door rebate is for replacement windows/patio doors only. Windows/patio doors that are not inside the electrically heated area of the home, such as garages or workshops, are not eligible for the rebate. The U-factors of the replacement windows must be 0.30 or lower to qualify for the rebate. The U-factors of the replacement patio doors must be 0.35 or lower to qualify for the rebate.

Copy of one NFRC sticker for each window/patio door replaced or the manufacturer's order confirmation showing the replacement windows'/patio doors' U-factors.
A copy of each of the contractor's final invoices showing window/patio door measurements, total cost, and the invoice date.
Proof of existing window/patio door frames and types. This may either be documented on the contractor's invoice or by providing clear pictures of the windows/patio doors. If you are eligible and unable to provide this documentation, we may provide a free on-site window/patio door audit that must be performed before the windows/patio doors are replaced. If you are eligible and unable to provide pictures, we may provide a free on-site window/patio door inspection after we have received all other required documentation.
