Rebate Terms & Conditions

Rebate offer(s) may be changed or discontinued at any time by Columbia River PUD (CRPUD).

CRPUD disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, repair, or any energy savings associated with use.

The installation must be completed to CRPUD rebate qualifications, and the applicant certifies that they and/or the contractor have reviewed the qualifications prior to beginning work.

Heat Pumps are subject to quality assurance inspection by a BPA qualified inspector.

At this time, VRF technologies (also known as VRV) do not qualify for the residential conversion from Electric Forced-Air Furnace to Air Source Heat Pump.

The contractor understands the above and verifies that the homeowner on the application is a customer of CRPUD, that the equipment is installed at the address indicated for the project, and that the address is within the CRPUD service territory.

For homeowners: When selecting a contractor, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to request proof of insurance and licensing that meets the statutes and rules of the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. CRPUD strongly recommends validating qualifications before work begins.
