Offered to Lassen Municipal Utility District (LUMD) residential customers for the purchase and installation of a new, ENERGY STAR certified Smart Thermostat.
Application must be submitted within six months of purchase or installation date.
All rebates are limited to 50% of cost.
Limit of one thermostat rebate per household.
Rebate and conditions
$50 per unit, to be paid as a credit to the customer’s utility account.
New device must have ENERGY STAR certification
Smart Thermostat must control Central Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, or Electric Forced Air Furnace.
Rebate is for the replacement of an existing non-connected, manual, or programmable thermostat only.
