City of Ukiah Rebate Terms & Conditions

City of Ukiah Electric rebate program participants acknowledge the following when submitting applications:

All rebates are subject to availability of funds and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Rebate will not exceed 100% of total project cost or $2,000 per application.

Applications must be received within 12 months of purchase/installation.

Applicants must be Ukiah Electric customers, or the applicant must have standing to request the rebate on behalf of a Ukiah customer.

City of Ukiah reserves the right to inspect completed work and installed energy-efficient upgrade(s). The equipment or product associated with the rebate must be installed and operating at the Ukiah service address indicated on the application.

All Ukiah Electric qualifications and specifications must be met. Some measures may be subject to additional requirements.

Installations required by Title 24 codes and standards are not eligible for rebates.

Discrepancies in the application’s information can invalidate the request.

Ukiah Electric makes no claims regarding actual energy savings, consumption, generation, or storage associated with the rebate product or project.


City of Ukiah and Ukiah Electric disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, for any materials or labor associated with installation, maintenance, or repair associated with use. The city and utility will not accept any liability resulting from participation in a rebate program.

Rebates are valid for purchases made with United States currency only.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
