Commercial Refrigeration Rebate Application
Current Rebate Amounts
Retrofits only, for for replacement of uncontrolled equipment. New units must have controller with settings that reduce the anti-sweat heater run time by at least 50% and includes any heating element in a door rail, glass and/or frame.
Freezer
Rebate: $40 per linear foot of case. Uncontrolled equipment being replaced must use greater than .39 amps/ft of case.
Cooler
Rebate: $40 per linear foot of case. Uncontrolled equipment being replaced must use greater than .20 amps/ft of case.
Retrofit only, replacing shaded pole motor in a refrigerated display case.
Rebate: $55 per motor
Retrofit only, replacing shaded pole motor in a refrigerated walk-in cooler or freezer.
Rebate: $140 per motor
Retrofit only, for pre-existing conditions without strip curtains installed inside of walk-in coolers. New strip curtains or swinging doors must be .06 inches thick or more for low temperature applications.
Rebate: $9 per sq ft of doorway
Rebate(s) will not exceed 70% of the installed job cost.
Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed.
