OTEC Windows and Exterior Doors Rebate

Rebates are available for installing new, high-efficiency replacement windows, patio doors, and exterior doors in homes that meet requirements.

New construction homes are not eligible.
The existing home’s primary heating source must be electric.
The old windows or patio doors to be replaced must be single-pane wood or metal frame, or double-pane metal frame.

Windows

$4.20 per square foot: U-factor 0.23 to 0.30
$5.60 per square foot: U-factor 0.22 or lower

Patio Doors

$4.20 per square foot: U-factor 0.31 to 0.35
$5.60 per square foot: U-factor 0.30 or lower

Buy Local: Adds $50 to your rebate if the total cost is $500 or more. If cost is under $500, add $25.

Exterior Doors

$28 per door: New door must be Energy Star rated, replacing an uninsulated door.

Buy Local: Adds $10 to your rebate.

Rebate(s) will not exceed 100% of contractor-installed cost, or 100% of cost of materials for self-installation.
