Offered to Ukiah Electric Utility (UEU) residential customers with an active UEU account for qualified purchases that replace gas-powered equipment.
This application should be submitted within six (6) months of the purchase or installation date.
Rebates: 50% of purchase price
New electric equipment, for personal home use only, must replace the customer’s gas-powered equipment.
- Electric Lawn Mower (battery powered or plug-in)
- Electric Hand-Held Yard Tool including electric Blower, Trimmer, Chain Saw, or other electric power tool for the yard or home landscaping
- Electric Power Washer
- Electric Grill (may replace a charcoal or gas grill)
Limit one rebate for each type of equipment offered per Ukiah utility customer.
Modular devices with mutliple attachments do not qualify for separate rebates.
Rebate paid as a check.
Allow 8 to 10 weeks to receive the rebate, if all qualifications are met.
